So what the hell is owning a diner all about?

Great Food?

That's important!

Great Service?

Add that it in.

A cool, comfortable place?

Yeah, a nice ambiance is needed.

Customers?

And, there it is, the absolute most essential part!

But, not in the business sense, gotta have customers to make money kinda way.

It’s about community! Providing a place to hang and be taken care of by people from the community.

For Trent and I, this is the reason for being on this planet.

We believe everyone has value and we need to bring that value to the world. Trent and I, we bring value to the world by providing a place to eat that treats each customer as unique and as connected to us.
