I am the manager and owner of "CHOPPED TOMATO PUREE", a vegan cafe and restaurant in Kobe, Japan. I was born on April 23, 1972, in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture. And I have a "domestic partnership" with an Alchemy Crystal Bowl player, Masato Shiraishi. 

I studied business at "Leland Stanford Jr. University" and while I was there, I started and developed a website development company "Nu-Era Pics" with my friend Angie Kendall in Silicon Valley and became very successful in the IT field. 

After a fateful encounter with Masato Shiraishi, I retired from business management and leisurely studied "A Course In Miracles" in New York. I also learned the art of Reiki healing. I also taught my fellow "A Course In Miracles" students how to be successful in business, and some of them became successful entrepreneurs. 

On March 11, 2011 at 14:46:18.1, the Great East Japan Earthquake occurred in Japan. My husband returned to Japan to participate in volunteer work for reconstruction assistance. I followed him a short time later and returned to Japan with my friend Aki Sugihara. And we opened a spiritual community salon "CHOPPED TOMATO PUREE" in Kobe. 

At this salon, we serve vegan food, especially Raw/Living food on full moon days. In addition, we sell Alchemy Crystal Bowls. Upstairs is a rental space with all tatami flooring. My husband often gives Alchemy Crystal Bowl concerts here, and Aki Sugihara, a yoga teacher, holds "Raja Yoga Classes". And behind the building is an organic farm. We grow a lot of vegetables and offer them on the salon's menu. 

My nickname is "Yukkin." Like my husband, I am a teacher at "ACIM." I forgot to mention that I am currently vegan.
